The best thing about n8n is how much creative control it gives you without forcing you into a rigid system. You can build anything, from basic automations to smart AI-driven flows! and still feel like you’re fully in charge. It’s flexible, visual, and powerful at the same time. For me, it’s the perfect mix between low-code simplicity and developer-level control. I love that I can experiment, break things, fix them, and grow real ideas fast, without waiting on complex platforms or paying for overpriced tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, based on the kind of work I’ve done so far with n8n, I haven’t run into any real issues. Everything ran smoothly and did exactly what I needed it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helped me complete the connection work of a large number of APPs and the relatively more free nodes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. When i use the vector store Node, like Qdrant,I found that there is no delete and update interface provided for me, so when the document information changes, there is no way to directly complete the update operation of the document.
I can't even call the delete method to delete it manually because the insert interface does not return the corresponding Id value.
I hope the official can update this part of the interface, because an effective RAG system relies heavily on this function.
2. I also saw that someone can complete the connection between vector and LLM through Code Node and LangChain Node. I hope the official can provide more documents to help users complete the connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

n8n allows you to automate and eliminate repetitive tasks, allows you to create complex or simple backend logic, allows you to integrate any application, and makes it very easy to develop small applications and internal tools in very little time. it is a tool that over the years will probably become a standard. I use it every day for myself, my company, and my clients. simple to install and configure. simple to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love every aspect of n8n. it's constantly evolving, there's nothing I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

n8n completely transformed the way I think about automation. I love how flexible and powerful it is — I can connect virtually any API, handle complex workflows, and automate tasks across my entire tech stack without writing a single line of code. And when I do want to go deeper, the ability to use JavaScript, webhooks, and custom functions makes it a dream for developers too. It’s the perfect blend of no-code and full-code. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, especially if you’re coming from simpler tools like Zapier. But once you understand the data model and expression syntax, the possibilities feel limitless. What seemed complex at first now feels empowering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
N8n has a swift and easily teachable UI and has become the "swiss army knife" of AI automation tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a specific bug when using your software on my device where the local file trigger does not work but i have found a local work around solution and would love to share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using n8n mainly for monitoring, support services, and some web scraping, and it’s been super useful. It’s flexible, and I like that I can self-host it. The visual workflow builder makes things easier, especially when connecting different services. Installing it is easy. Hosting it yourself is as easy as running docker container and reverse proxy the ports. I have been using the tool for over 2 years and i have over 30 working workflows that make my day easier. Its just a really powerfull and easy to use tool that can integrate with many services efortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows, and some integrations need extra configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

n8n offers an impressive balance between ease of use and flexibility. I love the ability to create complex workflows with a low-code approach, while still being able to insert custom JavaScript when needed. The visual interface makes automation intuitive, and the wide range of integrations allows me to connect virtually any service or API. It’s open-source too, which gives me confidence in its longevity and customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform is very powerful, the learning curve can be a bit steep for beginners. Some nodes lack detailed documentation, which can lead to trial and error. Also, the UI can occasionally feel sluggish with large workflows, and debugging complex flows could be improved with better logging or trace options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

very easy and simple, as a new bigener its direct me to start new project and finish in the same day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
that its only free for 14 days, i would love to continue my projects without thinking to my self that its gonna end if i wont pay (short with money - student) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great UI, and simple to use. Lots of nodes.
Easy to use with credentials for power users.
Great AI Agent node.
The calling of sub workflows makes large/complex more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most of nodes use an oauth credential config that is static. We can only register on user at a time with oauth. So, this is great for automating things for one user per api. Now, if we could pass a bearer token to these nodes (gmail, agenda, etc.), we could then develop actual SAS on n8n. Of course, we can create our own nodes, but we need to have a cred config where we support a bearer token (or pass any other header to the api..). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform seamlessly combines advanced automation with LangChain expertise, creating a solution that feels both sophisticated and incredibly well thought out. It’s not just about LangChain or automation individually—it’s as if a master chef reimagined McDonald’s into a luxury dining experience: the same core offerings but elevated to a whole new level.
Every feature is carefully designed to save time without feeling overwhelming. For example, the precision in setting fields and processing outputs is outstanding—fine-tuned to perfection. After trying numerous other solutions, this one stood out as everything I could have hoped for and more.
The built-in AI agent is a game-changer. It understands the context of your project, providing insightful feedback that truly enhances productivity. This level of integration and thoughtfulness deserves a 10 out of 10.
I’m taking the time to write this review because I’m genuinely grateful for the effort the development team has put into making such an exceptional product. If you have the means, I highly encourage subscribing to the cloud version to support them. While a free version is available, this is a product worth investing in to ensure its continued growth and success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I haven’t personally encountered this limitation, I can see pricing becoming a potential bottleneck. Unlike Make, which charges per action, this tool charges per workflow execution, allowing you to include hundreds of actions in a single workflow. However, because the tool is so effective and user-friendly, it’s easy to get carried away and add more workflows, which can cause costs to increase quickly—especially at an enterprise level.
That said, the value it provides is undeniable. While I wouldn’t call it cheap, it’s worth the investment for what you get. On the cloud version, costs can add up, but it’s still a practical choice for production-level use cases, where the benefits often outweigh the expense.
Alternatively, the self-hosted version avoids recurring costs but comes with its own set of challenges, such as requiring technical expertise for setup and maintenance. If you’re using this tool for more than personal projects, the cloud version is likely the better option despite the expense. It can be costly depending on your usage, but it’s by no means unaffordable for the value it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
